In reply to Mike the Gardener. In order to go around the license rule, which is totally ridiculous, form a "private club". You can charge small amount to your members, say $5.00 and apply it to their first purchase. With private club, you get to set the rules! You need to make them clear to your members and get them to sign an agreement to this effect. This is how one small restaurant owner got around the forced closures during the overblown pandemic restrictions. It worked! She made more money then normal, while others declared bankruptcy.
